Do you offer gym memberships?
We don’t offer traditional gym memberships. Instead, we specialize in personal training sessions tailored to your goals.
Can I use the gym without personal training?
We do not allow anyone to use the gym without personal training. Just like you wouldn’t use a hair salon without your stylist. All workouts are by appointment only.
How much does personal training cost?
Pricing depends on the trainer since each trainer sets their own rates. On average:
Semi-private training: Around $50/hr
Private training: Around $90/hr

Do you offer group classes?
We don’t offer standard group fitness classes, but some trainers host small group training sessions. You can sign up with Matt Jordan to join his group class on Tuesday, Thursday, or Saturday morning. For details, check out our Class Sign Up page or email relentlessfitnessllc@gmail.com.
Can I schedule a consultation with a trainer?
Absolutely! You can book a consultation here: Schedule a Consultation. Select your trainer and a time that works for you. Note that some trainers may not be taking consultations at this time.
What’s the difference between Semi-Private and Private training?
Semi-private training: You train alongside up to 3 other clients, but each person follows a unique program.
Private training: One-on-one sessions with your trainer for a fully personalized experience.
What is the monthly fee?
Your monthly cost depends on your trainer, training type (semi-private or private), and the number of sessions per month. On average, prices range from $450-$650 per month.

Where is Relentless Fitness located?
We’re located in South City, St. Louis at 4701 Delor st. St. Louis MO 63116.
What are your hours?
Our trainers set their own schedules, so hours vary. Most training sessions take place between 5 AM – 8 PM. If you're interested in working with a trainer, schedule a consultation here.
Can I tour the facility?
Since we are a personal training facility, we do not offer traditional gym tours. However, you can schedule a consultation with a trainer here to check out the space and discuss your goals.

How do I pick the right trainer?
Each trainer at Relentless Fitness specializes in different areas (fat loss, strength training, athletic performance, mobility etc.). You can check out trainer bios here and book a consultation with the one that fits your goals.
Do you offer nutrition coaching?
Many of our trainers offer nutrition guidance as part of their coaching. If you're looking for personalized nutrition plans, contact our nutritionist, Corey, here
Do I have to sign a contract for training?
Personal training is billed based on your selected trainer, some use contracts and some do not.
Training Sessions & Policies
How long are training sessions?
Most training sessions last 60 minutes, but some trainers offer 45-minute or 30-minute options.
What happens if I miss a session?
Missed sessions can usually be made up based on your trainer’s policy. However, if a session isn’t rescheduled, it may be lost. Be sure to communicate with your trainer 24 hours ahead of time!
What should I bring to my session?
Wear comfortable workout clothes and athletic shoes and bring a water bottle if you would like.
Do you offer recovery services (stretching, foam rolling, etc.)?
Some trainers incorporate recovery work like stretching or mobility drills into sessions. We do have equipment such as foam rollers for clients to use.
Miscellaneous Questions
Do you have showers and locker rooms?
We do not have full locker rooms, but we do have restrooms and changing rooms where you can change.
Do you sell supplements or workout gear?
We do sell energy drinks and protein at the gym. We have an online store for workout gear and more!
