Most of my life I was overweight, and I always knew that it was a problem for my health, yet I never wanted to do anything about it.  At the age of 24 I was getting close to 300 pounds and had many health problems.  My health problems started to scare me and I was worried that I wouldn’t live a long, happy life like I wanted.  Something had to change. I had to change. 

So I made the phone call I had been dreading to make, and I set up an appointment with my trainer John. That was the absolute best decision I have ever made and I will never be the same person again.

I have lost over 75 pounds, quit smoking cigarettes and drinking alcohol, and probably added years onto my life. Get up and get to work before it’s too late!!

 I got engaged and soon realized I'd be needing to get in shape to fit into the wedding dress of my dreams. My weight has always fluctuated, depending on where I am in life and how active I am. I work overnights now, and my weight went way up because of a lack of sleep and not eating well. I feel so much better about myself after having trained with Kristi for just a few months. My original goal was to lose 20 pounds, and now that I've reached that goal, I know I can go further! I am so happy with how I look and feel, and it's all thanks to Kristi.

Talk about killing it in 2017! Jason has lost 21.5lbs sine Jan 1st, 2017! We have been crushing workouts for about 10 months now. Over the last 48 days Jason has made some nutritional/lifestyle changes that have really ramped up the results! Great work and keep killing it!

In October 2017, I began fitness training with Kristi Francis (Relentless Fitness trainer) at FitCity gym. Kristi provided me with an initial consultation advising of the fitness plan needed to reach my goals. I was interested in losing weight and gaining muscle. Kristi’s expertise in cardio and weight training included a level of inspiration that I had not expected from my personal trainer. She not only taught me how to use weights properly and the different exercises needed to meet my goals, she exemplified a level of energy and enthusiasm that I needed to develop a more consistent workout routine. Within 2 months, I lost 7 lbs., 5.5 inches and 1.6% of body fat. Kristi also helped me with a diet plan and provided great advice regarding meal plans that would suit my food preferences. By February 2018, I lost an additional 6.6 lbs. and 6.75 inches totaling 12 lbs. and 12 inches. For the first time, I accomplished goals that I typically would not pursue. I was able to pull 232 lbs. of weight using a sled (included Kristi’s body weight) and run a mile at the track with no regrets! I even changed my eating habits moving away from purchasing sugar and eating very limited amounts of red meat. I have more work to do around eating fruits and vegetables but I will get there thanks to Kristi’s encouragement! I am motivated to work out more regularly because I can see the results in body from Kristi’s training plan; particularly my arms, thighs and glutes (part of the plan I requested). Kristi has taught me how to develop a well-rounded healthy lifestyle. To date, I have lost 15 lbs.

Nick found his love for fitness 6 years ago when he lost 90 pounds all on his own! I was real shy, quiet, I had no confidence, no drive, didn’t know what to do with my life/career and then one day it finally hit, the source of my problem was my weight! 

After a year of an intense exercise and a nutrition regimen I dropped the 90 pounds! He transformed not only his body, but his mindset had shifted into being more positive and gave him the confidence I desperately needed! This is what I bring to the table with my clients, I’ve been in the same shoes they are in when it comes to weight loss and I know how hard it can be, but if you give a 110% to this goal the end reward is so much bigger than you can possibly imagine!

Nick’s also has helped numerous clients build strength and put on muscle! He recently did his first power lifting meet and became an official Powerlifter with the United States Powerlifting Association and plans on continue doing more meets while helping/encouraging clients do the same!

My passion for fitness began when I fell in love with training in mixed martial arts and Muay Thai upon graduating high school. After I spent 6 years training and instructing group training classes, I switched over to bodybuilding, where I really started to become curious about the body’s adaptations to resistance training and nutrition. This is where my deep obsession with fitness training and motivating other to live a fit and healthy life began. I eat, sleep, breathe fitness, and I love being apart of the transition and positive change that is made in someone else’s life. It is the most rewarding feeling ever.
