At Relentless Fitness your clients don’t pay a membership, the trainers do. But why is that? We saw clients paying a membership to a gym and paying for personal training as a bit overboard. If our trainers are paying our flat rate membership to train with us, why make the clients pay as well like most other gyms? It just doesn’t make sense to us, so we do things our way! Trainers will never pay in more than 50% of their sales and some of our team pay less than 15% of their total sales! That is one of the amazing perks of renting with us, you can make so much more money!
At Relentless Fitness we make sure that our trainers can make a REAL LIVING out of being a full or part time personal trainer. Most gyms take huge percentages of what clients pay for personal training and leaving very little for the ones doing the work, the trainers! Because of this it makes it hard for any personal trainer to really make a sustainable living and leads to burn out.
