Chris Goodpaster

Growing up, I played a variety of sports including soccer and basketball.  I was somewhat athletic but still the lanky, skinny kid that was not completely confident in my abilities, physique, and myself.  This evolved overtime and into my 20s and 30s, I have built myself into someone I am confident in and enjoy living a healthy life where I can be my best self for my people. 

    I firmly believe that putting obstacles in front of oneself and tackling them is an important part of life.  These pursuits translate over not only into the physical benefits, but the mental, as well.  Movement is medicine for the mind, body, and heart!  By proactively taking care of ourselves, we see the benefits of looking better, feeling better, having less risk of disease, and being strong examples for our friends, family, and communities.

    Helping others obtain this by tackling their goals is one of my callings on this Earth.  Whatever your goal is:  gain muscle, lose fat, gain confidence, prepare for a big event,  improve athletic performance, become healthier, or feel stronger to attack the demands of life, we can do it together.
