It took me four years to fully recover, but just six months after the accident, I returned to the gym, determined to rebuild my body and my life. During my recovery, I faced new challenges, including anxiety, but by embracing a consistent fitness routine, I not only regained my physical strength but rediscovered my happiness and confidence. This journey taught me that true progress isn’t just about physical transformation—it’s about mental resilience and persistence.
