I've been an athlete for most of my life, participating in motocross, BMX racing, school and select league basketball, track, and baseball. During my high school years, I explored resistance training to improve my athletic skills, tapping into my vast experience of overcoming obstacles and showing resilience.

Five years ago, I found myself in a coma following a severe accident. Faced with the decision to surrender or push forward, I chose to rise above the circumstances. No matter how distant your goals may seem, I can relate to your journey. I had to relearn many fundamental aspects of adulthood.

It took me a full four years to recover from the accident, with my return to the gym occurring six months post-accident. This time, my motivation had shifted significantly. The accident introduced me to anxiety for the first time, but within a few months, I overcame it and rediscovered happiness. Progress in my recovery was propelled by consistent gym routines over the following years.

My personal journey has displayed the significance of mental strength. As an experienced NASM-certified personal trainer, I specialize in helping individuals with weight loss, muscle gain plateaus, and lifestyle changes to achieve their fitness goals.
