My training style is centered around one basic idea, Movement is Medicine. My goal is simply to help people move better and achieve their health and fitness goals. That could mean losing weight or building muscle or rehabbing to reduce pain or all of the above, in any case, I aim to equip clients with everything they need to achieve whatever health oriented goals they have. Most of my work is focussed on functional strength training with an emphasis on (p)rehab and injury prevention. I have been a personal trainer for over 10 years and could not be more passionate about what i do.
