“I started personal training 10 years ago in my early thirties. Back then, I wasn’t fit—I was overweight and working in fast food. I didn’t even plan on becoming a trainer. My workouts were all over the place. I just wanted to understand how the human body worked.

The more I learned, the more I realized this is something everyone should know—it should honestly be taught in schools.

Over the years, I’ve had a lot of ups and downs, both with clients and in my own life. Sometimes they were going through tough times, sometimes I was. Most recently, in 2025, I went through a series of surgeries that set me back hard. I gained weight again and felt like I lost everything I had built.

But I recovered—and now I’m back, working my way forward again, just like I help my clients do.

I know how hard it is to start. I’ve been there. I understand the frustration, the self-doubt, and everything that comes with trying to change your body and your habits.

This isn’t just your journey—it’s ours. I’m right there in it too. And I believe that by understanding what each other is going through, we can stay motivated and keep moving forward.

I look forward to training with you.
