I was born in Caracas, Venezuela, where I lived about 40 min away from the beach. Weather is always spring/summer type, so it was a change for me coming to the Midwest weather. Both sides of my family are from Spain, so I grew up in both Hispanic and European cultures. I played several sports growing up, but love soccer and baseball the most. Through baseball, I attended several summer baseball academies for the Atlanta Braves and, in 2013 I came to the U.S. on a baseball scholarship.

I went to Lindenwood University-Belleville for my undergrad degree in Exercise Science, and then I worked as a rehab tech for a year. After my rehab tech year, I got my master’s degree from Lindenwood University at St. Charles in Health Science and Sports Performance.

Playing sports taught me to work hard for what I want while building relationships around me. Personal training allows me to impact someone’s life in many more ways than just how much they lift or how they look, It gives me the chance to show people they can become the person they always wanted to be and more. I help guide the health and fitness journey, but often I find advice from clients that can help and guide me as well in life. As a personal trainer, I’m a coach, a doctor of exercise, a psychologist at times, and if lucky enough, I start with a client and end up with a friend. I get to meet so many people, and each person is a different world.

I like playing different sports, working out, playing video games (my favorite video game to play is EA FC, which is a soccer video game), and finding new music to listen to. I spend most of my day with some music playing around me, it charges me and motivates me.

I was adopted when I was 28 days old, I grew up knowing it and aware of it. Being adopted makes me extra thankful for the chance that my parents gave me to be their son, who knows the life I would have had without them, but certainly could not have asked for any better luck having the parents I have, the future they helped me build and continue support.

Life gave me many opportunities I was lucky to have and to take, some scary, some difficult, but never had regret, and helped me to get closer to who I want to be in life. You owe yourself the chance to be who you want to be and more, and I would love to guide you to it while learning from you and about you in the process.
