My passion for fitness began over five years ago when I decided to take ownership of my health and transform my body. Growing up, I was always on the thinner side, despite being active in sports like basketball, volleyball, soccer, track, and lacrosse. In 2019, I committed to learning how to properly fuel my body and train with purpose. That journey showed me just how powerful the body—and mindset—can be when given the right support.

As a trainer, my mission is simple: to help you feel better in your body and more confident in yourself. Whether your goal is to lose weight, gain weight, build strength, improve endurance, or simply feel more capable in everyday life, I meet you where you are and help you move forward—safely, sustainably, and with intention.

I believe fitness should feel empowering, not intimidating. The gym isn’t about perfection; it’s about progress, consistency, and learning what your body needs. My coaching style focuses on education, encouragement, and building habits that actually fit into your lifestyle.

I offer:

  • Semi-private training sessions (30- or 60-minute options)

  • Nutrition coaching to support your goals outside the gym

  • Online training for flexible programming, structure, and accountability
