My passion for fitness ignited about five years ago when I decided to transform my body and build muscle. Growing up, I was always on the thinner side, weighing no more than 90 pounds despite playing various sports like basketball, volleyball, soccer, track, lacrosse, and even club soccer. In 2019, I committed to my weight gain journey, reaching my heaviest at 135 pounds. This transformation taught me the incredible capabilities of the body and the power of proper nutrition. Inspired by this experience, I pursued and obtained my CPT certification through NASM. Currently, I am completing my capstone internship for an Exercise Science degree at UMSL, eager to integrate this valuable experience into my growing credentials.
Now, as a NASM-CPT, my mission is to help others feel confident in their skin and achieve their fitness goals. I understand the challenges of being underweight and the desire to gain muscle, and I'm here to guide you through every step of your journey. My goal is to make fitness enjoyable and accessible, turning the gym into a place of empowerment rather than a chore.
