About Me:

I discovered my passion for health and wellness at a young age. After browsing the myriad of options for a college degree I kept coming back to exercise science. The reason being that exercise always made me feel my best, and I’ve sought to help others feel the same. I’ve participated in a variety of activities including lacrosse, tennis, cross country, water polo, and powerlifting. The most challenging and yet the most rewarding activity by far is powerlifting. Through my lifting progression I found strength that was more than physical. I gradually turned the discomfort and insecurities into confidence and passion. Weight training has awakened my mind to the power that each person holds within themselves. No matter what our goals are, we can turn that thought or dream into reality. 

These days the realm of fitness can be overwhelming and muddied with unnecessary restrictions, unrealistic expectations and complicated daily regimens. Wellness doesn’t need to feel so hard to reach.
