Welcome to RF Online

Welcome to the Relentless Fitness Online Training Program. This program is a little bit different than the normal “fitness only” program. We have designed this training program to not only help with fitness but overall success in life by creating success habits that you can use for the rest of your life. These habits didn’t just come from myself either. They came from business owners all over the country, 2 navy seals, and high performing individuals around the St. Louis area.

So what does all this mean? It means that focusing on your fitness will only be 1 part of the puzzle. We will also be focusing on your nutrition, mindset, and daily habits so you prioritize and execute every day. One of our biggest tools other than the app will be our daily journal. Lets talk about those two subjects.


The app:

Our app is built off of the Trianerize platform that you will download in the app store. Once you download your app, you will fill out all of the onboarding forms and download your welcome packets. These will give you all kinds of information to look back on about fitness and nutrition.

In the app you will find your workouts, tracking tools, and a message board where we can talk directly. The workouts are programmed for you and include videos of the exercises in case you have any questions.


MyFitnessPal

We use the MFP app to help you keep an eye on your nutrition. This will be where you track your food for the day and will be linked to your trainerize app. Nutrition is key when it comes to seeing results in the gym. We will help you set up your daily calories first and have you generally start tracking and move toward focusing on macro nutrients such as protein after you have built your foundation of tracking and hitting a calorie goal. We will go more in depth on this in the future so keep an eye out for the first nutrition post.


The Journal:

The journal is your daily guide. You will use this journal to keep your life on track and to keep your mind on the tasks at hand. The journal is how you got here and how you will find more content in the future, by scanning the QR code to check for new posts in this limited access blog.

This program is built on the foundation of sustainability and consistency. We believe that this is a program that helps to bring out the best in individuals physically and mentally while teaching those who follow the program, habits that will lead to life long success.
